This Privacy Policy explains how HQ, a ROSE delivery workflow platform, collects, uses, and protects information when internal users, invited clients, and project stakeholders access the service.

  • Communications and support information that you provide when coordinating delivery work, onboarding, or issue resolution.

How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain HQ, including authentication, role-based access, project delivery workflows, status publishing, and client collaboration.
  • To secure the platform, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain auditability across internal and client-facing activity.
  • To improve the service, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage patterns, and refine delivery operations.
  • To communicate about accounts, invitations, service changes, project activity, legal updates, and operational notices.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers, infrastructure vendors, and integration partners that support authentication, storage, communications, analytics, and delivery execution. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ROSE, our clients, and users. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy contractual obligations, preserve project and audit history, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the client relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
